I need to change the resolution of a photo so we can print them and frame them.

How do I do that?

I can't do much here- unfortunately when I got the new 'puter my old copy of PhotoShop quit working- but send it anyway, I'll see what I can do.

yeah it's unlikely there's enough detail to rescale and maintain quality. but if you e-mail it, i can try
