First of all, it's actually "Alice's Adventures In Wonderland" (which I'm anal about if it's on an actual book list) and I don't really think it can be considered Sci-fi.

It is more fantasy.  Sci-fi means that this story can take place because of a scientific or technological advancement that is in the book - there are none of those in AiW.

I've read like 3 of those.  Beefy sent me Mars, and I've started it, but I've never finished it.  I've got about 6 books lying around here that I've started in the last year but never finished.

oh man, Ender's Game is so worth the read.  I have read the whole Ender's series, and while I loved them all, not everyone enjoys the final few.  If you like the politics and philosophy aspect of Ender's Game, I suggest you check out the rest of the series.

I've read about six or so with 2001, Childhood's End and Farenheit 451 being among my alltime favs.  I can't believe they left off Friday by Heinlein or Darkness by Asimov.  Both are brilliant and conjure up thoughts of our real modern society and technological dilemmas we will inevitably face some day..

Cin and I made a tape back in High School that is highly embarrassing - however, we found that "No Diggity" dubs perfectly over the Ewok celebration song at the end of the original... not the remastered crap celebration.

I liked Friday quite a bit; it was one of Heinlein's faster-reading books.
