i thought about mentioning that i didn't mean the same rainbow sherbert that i had when i was 12, because i figured i wouldn't have to.  you make me proud reburn.

Rainbow Sherbert is on my short list of foods I can eat without any internal issues.  I try not, because of calories, but if my insides get inflamed, I can count on Rainbow Sherbert.

And yeah, lime.

Sherbert actually helps with digestion.  That's why they serve it at Japanese steakhouses.

Well, the restaurants that serve it between courses usually call it sorbet and are probably a bit stuffy for your tastes.  :)
