I had this at an office party today and it's really yummy.  The notes on the recipe are from the woman who sent it to me- I haven't made it yet.

Spicy Bean Salsa

1 16oz can black beans, drained
1 16oz can white corn, drained
1 can rotel tomatoes
½ cup chopped fresh cilantro (may use dried-about 1 tablespoon)
1/3 cup chopped red onion
1/3 cup chopped green onion
2 tsp ground cumin
6 Tablespoons lime juice (I use only 1 to 3 Tbsp)
6 Tablespoons oil (I use only 1 to 3 Tbsp)
dash of garlic powder to taste
salt and pepper to taste

Mix it all together and chill for several hours.

Rotel tomatoes.  They have chili peppers in with the tomatoes.

I don't know.  It has black beans and mango, though.

Oh, I wasn't complaining.  I could just eat around the beans.  That leaves more for everyone else.
