Synopsis from imdb:

The tumultuous political landscape of Paris in 1968 serves as the backdrop for a tale about three young cineastes who are drawn together through their passion for film. Matthew, an American exchange student, pursuing his education abroad in Paris, becomes friends with a French brother and sister duo, named Theo and Isabelle, who share a common love of the cinema. While the May 1968 Paris student riots--which eventually shut down most of the French government--are happening around them, the three friends develop a relationship unlike anything Matthew has ever experienced, or will ever encounter again.

Should read:

Poncy spoiled elite twins encounter cute boy from America, take him home.  Mom & Dad leave on vacation, kids get weird.  Holden Caulfield meets cheese eating surrender monkeys.  Smoking and awkwardness ensue. 

I could say "The End" after that, but I didn't watch til the end.  Eva Green is a beautiful girl, the two male leads are also good looking.  However, the eye candy does not balance out the fact that I wanted to slap all of them for being such self absorbed pricks.

I saw that it was on, taped it and watched the first 10 minutes.  Then I started fast forwarding till certain parts started.  I felt mixed emotions when she was on screen though.  She's buck naked, SERIOUSLY hot and sultry, but then she's doing her brother.  The ick factor weighed a bit on me.  But hot and sultry won out as I continued watching.
