Alice

So Bruce has been barking at one of our dining room chairs for a week or two now.  I've never figured out why until last night.

We put a sign on it for our housewarming party:

Chair Broken!!!
Please Don't
Use!!!
[/i]

Last night, Bruce jumped up on the chair and started ripping the sign apart.  I had to go drag him off - because I don't want him learning that bad habit.  I sit back down - and he goes back again.  Repeat 3 times.

Finally he lays down next to me and doesn't bark at the chair the rest of the night.  (For the past few weeks, he's ran past it and barked at it at least once an hour.)  I look at it on my way to bed - assuming the entire sign would be ripped down.  But it wasn't.  He only ripped off most of it.

Now our chair has a sign on it that says:

ken!
[/i]

Bruce just wanted to give the chair a name.  I really hope now that he's named it, the barking will stop.

They say pets are more in tune with certain energy wavelengths than humans, and so are more sensitive to paranormal activities.

BigDun

That sheet of paper was haunted.

Dry then Catch

maybe some chick on the rag sat on the chair and left a scent

Sometimes you just need to name the chair.

The cat is always pouncing invisible things around the house.  He'll run up and beat on the wall as if something just exited through it.  I always figured it was the acid we gave him when he was a kitten.

What do you mean shudder?  I thought that was a fun and exciting time??
we should have kept the quote pyramid up to rape Jessie in the face.

Maybe your roommate left behind her skank.

Oh it can be fun and exciting with someone who I'm intimate with...

(Do I really want to talk about this?)

But I shuddered in this case because he used the term "scent".  I'm a bit more aware of the odor than I'd like.  Let's just say I'm pretty used to picking it up, but it still bugs me.

So are you implying that you've yet to be intimate with alice's roomie?  I find that very hard to believe.
