Dry then Catch

I just saw this the other day

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0154420/

Its in fucking Danish and it also has a black guy in it!  Also, family secrets.
Actually it wasn't pretentious or high concept at all.  No weird symbolism, just a plot about a rich family's party...

Ok, next person gogogogog

It's in French, it's about Opera, it's from 1981, it's over the top pseudo-existential.

Can't ask for much more.
I was just wondering...

Jessie

If I've seen it, I'm sure Beefy beat me to it, and recommended it to me.
we should have kept the quote pyramid up to rape Jessie in the face.

Beefy

A thoughtful philosophical examination on how people acknowledge and react to their imminent mortality.

I love that movie.

I can't watch it.  Even before I knew what being "P.C." was as a kid, I saw that and it just made me uncomfortable.  There's no reason that it couldn't be an Asian actor not playing to every ridiculous Asian stereotype.  They way they did it served no purpose.

Breakfast at Tiffany's.

Yeah, the stereotyping was bad, but for me, it didn't factor in why I love that movie.

I can't believe I've never seen Breakfast at Tiffany's.  Gonna put that on my to do list.

Is there a way I can put a preview in the dump?  I have the movie in my iTunes library.
