She wasn't in your wing, or whatever it's called.  She was down the hall and through some doors.  She said the nurse must have been in another room or something...you're right, the service there is terrible.  I wouldn't tip well if I were you.

My dad is looking at Healthsouth for physical training.  I still need full time nurse care to keep on cleaning my wounds and giving me medicine and watch my chemical levels.
