You have to buy the destructive thingies and place them so that they shoot the ball thingies that move on the track.  You can't place them on the track.  You have to place them next to the track.

I clicked the water droplet and it told me I had to put it on the grass.  There's no frickin' grass.

In that world the grass is light gray.

But I did get to level 59 in this thingie.
