We're not done yet, I'm trying to figure out a bedspread.  Her current one is still packed, as it's actually a comforter.

Nah.  She had Johnny Depp on the ceiling at our old place.  Gave me a heart attack every time I slept in her bed and woke up to it.  Hula girls are NOTHING.

I kinda have a Hawaiian theme in my bedroom...I have the walls painted blue, a sort of Hawaiian inspired curtains, bamboo shades and soon I will have grass skirts covering the opening of my wardrobe and a bamboo headboard.

You could get a Hawaiian fabric on the walls...just rip it down when you are done!

I was thinking about doing the fabric thing, but then she saw the palm tree posters, so we got them instead.

At the party store, there's a banner of palm trees that's 3' tall by 50' wide.  I thought I could get that, cut a piece about 3x6 off and put it on the wall.  Get some 1/4 round molding around it and voila- window on Hawaii.

But the banner is $15.  And, as I have previously stated- I'm a cheapskate.
