bread and butter pickle slices

I don't know about my favorite, but I sure love turkey on some sort of whole grain toast, with melted swiss cheese, lots of mayo, tomato, lettuce, onion, and maybe pickles.  or a pickle spear on the side.  yum.

Fried bologna with American cheese on white bread.

Battered fried chicken breast fillet, hot slices of black forrest ham, melted swiss, a little mayo to seal the toasted sesame seed bun.

Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich. Yum

There's a Central Market in Midtown Houston that has a fantastic deli.  Their Itailian sub is the best I've ever eaten:

Take 8 inches of their flatbreak french roll(which happens to be almost 5 inches wide)
drizzle in olive oil and balasmic vinegar
sprinkle with italian seasonings
put mustard on one side and mayo on the other
ham
gourmet peppercorn salami
turkey
lettuce, tomato, gourmet kosher pickle slices, black olives
provolone and swiss cheese slices
The sandwich costs 7 bucks and makes 2 full meals.

And wash it down with a bottle of Cream soda.  Eat the second half around midnight while watching late night movies
