Took 'em long enough.  Four frickin' years.

And again, total ear candy.  So awesome.   :D

I checked the dump and it is sadly lacking.

Am I too subtle or are you snarky?  Seems BigDun answered for me.

Beefy

Oh, no, I misunderstood.  Not familiar with it enough yet to judge which are dumpworthy.  Not that I do much dumping anymore, if at all.

BigDun

The RIAA have brainwashed Beef! We're all gonna die!

It's for sampling purposes only.  I swear.

Beefy

Not brainwashing.  I simply grew uncomfortable with continually dumping more content in there without eventually policing it and deleting it.  It's just a big fat neon sign that keeps getting bigger and is waiting to catch the wrong person's attention, especially since it's expressly against the terms of service.  I don't think it would be quite as noticeable or problematic if stuff got deleted now and then.  Still, that's just my feeling on the matter and I know I am in the minority, so instead of beating a dead horse I just don't use it anymore.

I've still sent *samples* of certain things to individuals on occasion, with the understanding that I'd like for them to delete it after they grab the samples.

Gamplayerx

eo deleted a boatload of stuff yesterday.  But I seriously only sample, and then decide to buy or not.

Same here.  I make a point of paying money for anything I enjoy.  If they don't get the financial backing, how will they get bankrolled to make more music?

I think the RIAA arguments are mostly BS in that we used to make cassette tapes of the LPs we liked and traded as kids.  Or we made tapes from the radio.  And there was no uproar back then.  That said, I can see how a big, central dump would be problematic.  It's why the TFMR got cut off so quickly and changed formats.

*ahem*

Gamp and others may want to check the Dump during the next 24 hours or so, as there might be a variety of new stuff in there...

Okay, all done.  31 songs, I think.  All labeled with artist and album.  Get em while they're hot.

Gamplayerx

You're a funny guy.

I've not heard of 99% of those bands and am very excited to be introduced to new music.  Thanks!

Jessie

we should have kept the quote pyramid up to rape Jessie in the face.

You better get that checked out. After a while it will all back up, then you might explode. Just saying is all...
