Channel 5:  Regional Weather Map showing the advancing rainy frontal system
Channel 46:  see 5
Channel 2:  see 5

Mountains out of molehills.

It's going to rain all day.  That takes a few seconds to say, and really, who cares if it's a frontal system or just some clouds that had to pee really bad?

It always amazes me how BAD weather is according to the TV.  "Ohh!  It's going to rain!  What a tragedy!"

Uh- no dumbass.  We NEED rain so you can play golf on a beautiful green fairway  OR  so that you can have those piddly little things like corn and lettuce etc.

Rain is GOOD.
Snow is GOOD.
Weather is GOOD.

No, you need Traffic, too.  Traffic to the GDP is like water to a golf course.

Traffic is good.  Without it, I would:

a.  have no money because
b.  I'd have no job

Followup:  the current weathercaster on Channel 46 is wearing a string of pearls with a knot in the center.  The string goes all the way down to her jacket hem.

You really can't wear that sort of thing with a lavaliere microphone.  I have the sound off, but I bet she's clicking all over the place.
