Oh, awsome - you found the whole video. When I was looking earlier, I just found clips.

Maybe I'm insane, but this song reminds me a lot of Tangerine Speedo.  At least the beginning does.

I loved me some R.E.M. until Bill Berry left, and then they just seemed to have a hard time finding their footing.  Not that they didn't have some great tunes afterwards (see Imitation of Life or Lotus), but overall the magic was gone.  I don't think there was anything memorable on their last disc.
