I can tell what ISP you use, and generally that means I know what town you are in.

On my Disney board, I had a person stalking me.  I was able to determine that the guy was surfing from his business, and called and confronted him.

Do a whois lookup with the IP address. You can go here and type the IP address in the whois search box and click on the search WHOIS button. That will give you some information about who owns the IP address and how to contact the administrator of it. Like Info said, if it comes back as a business you can contact the business and complain.
