My sister had the Crazy Horses album when I was young. I listened to it a lot, along with the Boney M album and the Happy Days album. I remember it WELL including the gatefold pictures. From what I recall, the title track was actually quasi-funky.

In retrospect, I think they were blatantly ripping off Redbone's sound for that song.
