I tried making a kit wine on Sunday. By today the yeasties should be busy converting the sugar to alcohol, but no bubbles

I tried putting a heating pad around the barrel but still nothing. I think they're dead Jim.

It's in a translucent 6 gallon food grade bucket with an opaque sealed lid an air lock. If I open it, it will be contaminated. If it doesn't start going by tomorrow I guess I have 4 gallons of grape juice.
