Title: Something new from the grill
Post by: sapphirehart on June 13, 2006, 08:17:46 PM
I tried my hand at grilled squash tonight.  I sliced each squash lengthwise and sprinkled it with Zatarain's Creole Seasoning and left it on the grill for about 20-30 minutes until it was tender.  Yummy with VERY good flavor.

I use Zatarain's all the time.  Good stuff.

What kind of squash?

Ugh.  Squash.  And most other gourds, too.

I'm not a squash/gourd fan, either, and I have no idea why.  They just taste funny.

Other than pumpkin soup, I'm anti-squashy things, too.

I love squash.  Especially Butternut squash baked in butter and cinnamon.
