Whatever Works-Larry David is a misanthropic genius living in NY. It's a surprisingly good movie for thinking folks. I'm not a Woody Allen fan by any stretch but there was some brilliance in this film. Put this at the top of your queue. It may not be perfect but it will resonate with you.
Can't remember the last Allen movie I saw. It was certainly prior to his British period.
I need to watch Deconstructing Henry again. That movie is so delicious.
I think the film at the top of my queue has guns and severed limbs and boobs in it.
We really enjoyed Whatever Works. Even converted a couple of teenage boys into Woody Allen fans with it. It's really good.
