I'm thinking of buying this:

That is the one I have...
I am not sure about the one you linked...
Does it vibrate in your pocket?
This is me with mine.

That costs twice as much as the one I linked, though. I'm trying to go as cheaply as possible...I'm poor.

Maybe this one is better?

Someone, tell me what to do!
I'm trying to spend ~$50, and I'd like at least 1 gig. I don't know what's what, beyond that. HELP.
Ask the voices to sing to you.
The Ipod Shuffle is about 50 bucks for the .5Gig model and damned nice. It runs about 70ish( if you bargain shop ) or 100 for the 1G model.
The apple store has refurbished Ipod shuffles for cheap, relatively speaking.

Yes, but when you're poor $50 is a
lot of money.
Sorry I don't know anything about these Jessie, or I'd tell you which ones are better for the price range you can afford.
I was going to post this earlier, but then Junto broke.
Anyway, I'd go with the cheap one. If you spend 35 dollars and it's mediocre, you only spent 35 dollars on it. It'd be worse to spend 70 bucks on something where half of the price is paying for the exorbitant packaging and the picture of fruit on it.

it should also be noted that I'm posting this from a mac, for what it's worth.

Homo.
Hey! They changed the shuffle. It's so cute now!
seriously what else is the draw to the shuffle and mini (or to Ipod compared to Creative Zen)? Besides style. You get the most bang for your buck ipod wise with an Ipod Video.
I found the ipod shuffle to be a real pain in the ass. It always borked during updates. Then it got really borked. Now it's a swizzle stick.
